Multipair Individually and Overall Screened Cables
Application
These cables have individually screened pairs laid up in a foil/braid screen. Each individually screened pair has a 24AWG stranded tinned copper drain wire. These cables are suitable for EIA RS-232 and EIA RS-422 applications, used as computer cables.
Construction
Conductor: Tinned copper wire.
Insulation: FoamPE.
Individual Screen: Aluminium/Polyester Tape.
Drain Wire: Tinned copper wire.
Overall Screen1: Aluminium/Polyester Tape.
Overall Screen2: Tinned copper braid, 65% coverage.
Sheath: PVC/LSZH.
Insulation Colour: Black & Red, Black & White, Black & Green, Black & Blue, Black & Yellow, Black & Brown, Black & Orange.
